Consultation on the draft BCP Local Plan is now open

BCP Council has published the Draft BCP Local Plan and its supporting evidence.

The Draft BCP Local Plan provides the strategy for growth in the BCP area for the next 15 years, and planning policies against which future growth and development will be assessed. It also includes 33 individual ward policies, which all BCP Councillors have had the opportunity to help shape and develop.

They are inviting representations on the Publication Draft of the BCP Local Plan from Wednesday 20 March to 1pm on Friday 3 May 2024.
