My son and I have had a small boat moored in Christchurch Harbour for the last 10,years. For the first two years we fished it with great success, every species you could think about. Over the past 4 years the fish have almost been non existent we often wondered why. It has become so bad we’ve not renewed our licences. Hopefully you can get some results.
