The boat trip and barbeque was held in perfect weather – hot sunshine with hardly any wind; a perfect evening to be on the river. Following the boat trip was a lovely barbeque laid on by Tuckton Tea Gardens and the evening was enjoyed by all.
This was a popular annual fixture in the past, but we only just achieved the minimum number for it to go ahead this year. More notice of the event date will be given next year in the hope that the number of members attending will be higher.

An absolutely fabulous evening. It was perfect – glorious weather, a voyage right down to Mudeford Sandbank and an absolute joy to see so many other people out enjoying our wonderful area too. All of course ending with the usual delicious barbecue at Tuckton Tea Gardens.
